FAQ's

Proofing

1) As soon as we receive your order and photo, we will begin working on preparing the proof for you. It will be emailed to the email you provided during check-out and you must approve it within 3 business days; otherwise we will select a proof for you and ship it accordingly.
2) Once the digital proof is approved and finalized your art will be prepared and shipped out THE WAY IT WAS APPROVED.
3)After it is shipped out the seller is not liable for any final corrections or last minute additions the BUYER failed to present prior to shipment. Unfortunately we can not offer any refunds at this point. Any exchanges will be subject to additional charges on the buyer's behalf. The BUYER is fully responsible to review and correct any errors during the proofing stage of the purchase.

Returns

1) WE DO NOT OFFER FULL REFUNDS 
2) Damaged Items can be EXCHANGED within 30 business days of the item delivery. 
3) We generally do NOT OFFER RETURNS/REFUNDS due to buyer remorse because these art pieces are unique and cannot be re-stocked. However please contact us immediate

Payment

We accept any major credit card and all payments processed through the merchant system.

1) All prints are packaged in acid free archival safe bags.
2) Wrapped Canvases are shipped flat in a cardboard photo print mailer with corrugated cardboard pads for extra reinforcement.
3) Fine Art Paper items are packaged rolled up in reinforced tube specifically designed to ship framed art.

All prints are shipped Free via USPS (First Class Mail for small items and Priority Mail for larger items). Items shipped domestically typically take 2-3 business days to arrive (for First Class allow up to 5 business days). Items shipped internationally take longer depending on their destination (send us a message for specific country shipping estimates). You will receive shipping notification and the tracking number for your package via  message.


International shipping outside USA IS NOT FREE AND WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY, please  message the shop owner directly for more information.

This is a Digital product. No physical item will be shipped. 

Additional policies and FAQs

1) HOW SOON DOES A CUSTOMIZATION OF MY DIGITAL FILE TAKE?
Custom Orders: It takes on average 2-3 business days for the designer to customize your files. Sometimes you will see a draft on the next business day; but please be patient when ordering something that requires a change of color, font, text, etc.

2) WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
Our time during the weekends is very limited. So if you ordered on a Friday and expect to receive a digital file on a Saturday or Sunday; we will not be able to honor that request unless you let us know in advance and the shop has agreed to work on your file during the weekend. We are closed on all major Holidays.

3) HOW LONG IS PROOFING TIME?
Proofs are usually provided within 2-3 Business Days. Please be available to review and approve the draft prior to us emailing or shipping the print out to you. Be advised, that once you have received the final physical print and there is something you would like to change, there will be additional charges applied for any additional printing and shipping services.

4) TEXTUAL ERRORS OR MISTAKES
Please try not to include any errors or mistakes in the text and date of your order. This will further prolong the customization process and may lead to missing the deadline.

5) HOW LONG IS PRINTING AND HANDLING TIME?
It takes 3 business days for a poster or canvas to be printed and shipped out. We will be able to expedite that process for you for an additional charge (Please email or chat with us about these charges), but you have to let us know in advance on what your schedule is and when you are expecting your artwork.

6) WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
For smaller items such as 8x10 and 11x14; it would take 4-5 business days to all major US cities. For a larger items such as canvases allow 2-3 business days. If you need expedited shipping please let us know and we will provide an estimate if needed.

7) WHAT IF MY PHYSICAL ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR NOT AS EXPECTED?
We will replace and reship your item with no questions asked. But you must present photo proof over chat or email. 

8) ARE RUSH ORDERS AVAILABLE?
Rush orders are available and will be charged extra. Please contact us via email or chat.

9) IS SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA FREE?
Please keep in mind that shipping outside the USA is not free. That is why we urge you to contact our shop directly if you are an international buyer interested in purchasing a physical print.
                                                                                                               
10) WHAT IS THE TOTAL WAITING TIME FROM START TO FINISH?
  • Proofing time 2-3 business days
  • Printing/Handling time 2-3 business days
  • Shipping time 2-5 business days (depending on the size of your art)

So the total time on average will be 7-10 business days (These projections may and will increase during Holidays for obvious reasons).

***PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PURCHASE A DIGITAL FILE; YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PHYSICAL PRINT IN THE MAIL. ***

Digital downloads will transmitted via email as a high resolution printable JPG  file (8 x 10 inches, 300 DPI).
You can download the image and print yourself at home or print at a print shop near you.

***Please note that the colors you see on the screen may slightly differ from what the printed item looks like. What you see online is a close representation but may possibly vary based on your monitor and printer quality***

You can resize the file as you would do with a normal JPEG file.

**TERMS OF USE**
1. You can print the file as many times as needed for personal use or as a gift for someone you like.
2. All the listings are only for personal use! You can not share or sell the digital file or the printed copy!
3. Files may not be used in any website, banner, blog, logo.
